How to ask

1. Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or tell us the purchase reference from your receipt.
2. Tell us what you bought. You do not need to give a reason, though we are glad to hear one.
3. We confirm by email and send the refund to the original payment method through Gumroad.

Good to know

• Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or card.
• Because the unlock is a one-time payment and not a subscription, there is nothing to cancel and no renewal to stop.
• If something did not work as described, such as an unlock that did not open, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.
• Your legal rights under consumer law are not affected by this page.
